Job summary

A global biopharmaceutical company located in Princeton, NJ seeks a Senior Director to lead the KOL engagement strategy across their endocrine portfolio. The successful candidate will develop annual plans, manage a team of Thought Leader Liaisons, and ensure high-quality peer-to-peer education. This role requires strong leadership and strategic capacity, along with compliance knowledge. The estimated salary range is $260k - $280k with a comprehensive benefits package, including health plans and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology commercial experience required.
• Strong strategic capability and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with rare disease or specialty categories preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual U.S. KOL engagement plan and congress strategy.
• Lead and develop the Thought Leader Liaison team.
• Plan and execute KOL programs and congress meetings.
