Job summary

Ascendis Pharma seeks a Senior Director to lead the U.S. KOL engagement strategy across the endocrine portfolio and to guide peer-to-peer education, congress planning, and speaker bureau initiatives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution that meaningfully enhances disease and product understanding. The role demands strong leadership, strategic capability, and the ability to drive change in a growing, entrepreneurial organization.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and coaching
• Experience with rare diseases or specialty categories preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the annual U.S. KOL engagement plan and congress strategy for the endocrine portfolio.
• Lead and develop the Thought Leader Liaison team with goal setting and performance feedback.
• Plan and execute KOL programs and congress meetings with timely readouts and insights.
• Establish cross-functional cadence to drive execution and integrate insights into brand strategy.
