Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager to drive membership sales across Knoxville, TN and nearby counties. The role emphasizes field activity (90%) with some remote work (10%), targeting businesses and individuals to build a strong local pipeline.

The position offers two base salary options ($35,000 or $45,000) plus on-target earnings up to $180,000, plus a car allowance and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of B2B or B2C field sales experience, including prospecting and closing.
• Experience in rural, community-focused markets is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare or emergency medical transport services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~90% in the field across Knoxville and surrounding markets, meeting local businesses and individuals to explain AMCN membership value.
• Develop new leads via door-to-door outreach, cold calls, referrals, local events, and partnerships.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close using a consultative approach that aligns AMCN services with real community needs.
• Represent AMCN at community events to build trust and strengthen brand credibility across the territory.
