Pape-Dawson Engineers in Knoxville, TN seeks a Landscape Architect Project Manager to lead a team on master-planned communities, parks, green infrastructure, and urban streetscapes. You will collaborate with in-house landscape architects, civil engineers, and land surveyors to deliver commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a planning/design firm, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, LandFX, and Adobe Suite.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
5+ years of experience in a planning and design firm.
RLA or AICP certification preferred.
Portfolio of land development projects, public or private.
AutoCAD Civil 3D, LandFX, and Adobe Suite experience.
Adaptability and time management.
Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Establish and maintain project structure, budget, and schedule.
Review design criteria, documents, and specifications throughout a project lifecycle.
Assist department leads in preparing proposals and assigning project teams.
Manage and mentor a team to meet project goals and deadlines.
Lead monthly project billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Manage the design of projects in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software.
Attend and lead meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other design professionals.
Additional related duties as needed.
