Job summary

Ardurra seeks an entry-level Water/Wastewater Engineer I for our Knoxville, TN office. The role focuses on planning, design, construction administration, and project support for municipal water and wastewater systems in the Southeast.

The successful candidate will work with engineers, EITs, CAD technicians, and sub consultants on greenfield and upgrade projects, under mentorship. A 4-year engineering degree or ABET-equivalent is required; start date expected June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) required or equivalent.
• Ability to work with engineering teams including EITs and CAD technicians.
• Fresh graduates welcome; entry-level role with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plans, quantities, material estimates, and perform basic design calculations.
• Assist in preparation of technical specifications and bid evaluations.
• Review design drawings for compliance with specs and prepare reports.
• Support field data collection and site visits as needed.
• Assist proposal team with documentation and cost estimates.
