Job summary

Creative G C in Chicago, IL is seeking a Knowledge & Training Lead for a 12 month contract to ensure operational knowledge is captured and transferred to the client’s internal team.

You will design and deliver an AI knowledge base, SOPs, runbooks, training curricula and hands-on coaching, including shadowing and reverse-shadowing of personnel, with milestones at Month 3, Month 6 and final lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / master's degree in CS or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of the AI knowledge base and FAQ.
• Creation of SOPs, runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
• Development of escalation playbooks.
• Design and delivery of the support training curriculum.
• Hands-on training and shadowing.
• Reverse-shadowing of Sidley personnel.
• Tracking of internal capability and readiness.
• Support for the Month 3 knowledge-transfer checkpoint.
• Preparation for the Month 6 readiness assessment and sign-off.
• Final transition documentation and lessons-learned capture.

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $50-$55/hr. on 1099 all inc

The Knowledge & Training Lead will ensure that operational knowledge is systematically captured and transferred to Sidley's internal team throughout the engagement.

Key Responsibilities will include:
