Creative G C is seeking an Engagement Lead / AI Service Manager to own the engagement and oversee the AI Support Pod’s performance. This on-site with hybrid Chicago contract role involves governance, SLA/KPI management, and escalation coordination for a four-person team.

The candidate will drive executive reporting, client relationship management, and collaboration with AI vendors. Requires 10+ years of experience and CS degree.

• Experience: 10+ years in similar engagements.

Job Summary

The Engagement Lead will serve as the single point of accountability for the engagement and will oversee the performance of the complete AI Support Pod.
