Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Knowledge Manager (Mid-Level) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Defense Intelligence Enterprise. You will align processes and technology to enable analysts to find, share, and build on intelligence, shaping workflows, and managing content and records systems across networks.

With 8+ years in knowledge management and an active TS/SCI clearance, you will collaborate with analytic and technical teams to ensure timely, accurate information reaches the right audiences

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 8+ years KM experience, with last 2 years recent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Hands-on with content, records, and workflow tools.
• Strong communication across analytic and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and orgs.
• Administer centralized and peripheral databases, content and records systems.
• Shape workflows so search, discovery, storage, and retrieval serve the mission.
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and identify future needs.
• Disseminate intelligence products across networks and portals; avoid data stranding.
