About the Role

We’re looking for a Knowledge Manager to own and maintain our internal and external knowledge resources. You’ll ensure that members, customer service reps, and internal teams have accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized information about our health plan.

What You’ll Do
  1. Curate and Maintain Knowledge: Build, organize, and update a centralized database of health plan information (e.g., coverage details, benefits, provider policies, and FAQs)
  2. Ensure Accuracy and Compliance: Track policy changes and ensure documentation stays aligned with regulatory and internal updates
  3. Optimize Accessibility: Make information easy to find, understand, and use—for both members and customer support teams
  4. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, operations, and customer service teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve resources
  5. Implement Knowledge Tools: Manage knowledge bases, documentation software, and other systems to streamline access to information
  6. Train and Educate: Help internal teams navigate and effectively use knowledge resources
What You'll Bring
  1. 2+ years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or healthcare documentation (preferably in insurance or a related field)
  2. Strong ability to translate complex insurance policies into clear, digestible content
  3. Familiarity with knowledge base tools (e.g., Confluence, Zendesk Guide, Notion, or similar)
  4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for making information more useful
  6. Bachelor's Degree
What You'll Get
  1. Competitive salary, bonus opportunity, and equity package
  2. Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits
  3. Paid vacation and company holidays
  4. Opportunity to make an impact at a rapidly growing mission-driven company transforming healthcare in the U.S.
