Job summary

CruitZi is seeking a Full-time Knowledge Manager to partner exclusively with one government client. The role focuses on developing and maintaining KM systems, training users, and creating simulations to test data readiness and communication channels.

The candidate will build repositories for mission needs, generate visualizations for analysis, and advise on improving information sharing across systems. Eligible applicants must hold TS/SCI with Polygraph and related experience.

Job description

Amazing L&D Opportunity in the Government Intelligence Community.Our client is seeking a Full-time Knowledge Manager to partner exclusively with one of theirclients.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems (e.g., SharePoint sites, databases, internal websites) for storing, sharing, and utilizing data.
• Train system users, including IC partners, and provide user guides as needed.
• Develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels.
• Maintain and update a customer-wide repository for instructions, Internal Process Documents (IPDs), and policy memoranda.
• Build data repositories for various mission needs that automatically generate visualizations to support analysis, reporting, and briefings.
  

Core Responsibilities:

• Advise on the best use of KM tools to enhance information sharing of analysis, assessments, legislative materials, policies, strategies, budget materials, IT information, and other relevant documents.
• Integrate information with other databases as required.
• Utilize automated tools and visualizations to facilitate user access and the ability to analyze information holdings.
• Create and maintain virtual communities of interest to enable ICs to collaborate, store, search, and discover information, share lessons learned and best practices, and track metrics to assess progress against various programs, policies, and strategies.
• Develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve information exchanges across systems and between the Government and private sectors.

You should apply if you have:

• Experience with Knowledge Management processes and methodologies, including organizational studies and evaluations, system design and procedures, work simplification, and measurement studies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
• Working knowledge of quality control/testing to provide feedback on the functioning of web features in displaying content.
• Excellent process-oriented organizational skills to ensure a well-organized repository and pipeline of content for review and upload.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• BA/BS and 3+ years of experience or no degree and 9+ years of experience.
