Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions LLC (A3T) is seeking an experienced Knowledge Management (KM) / SharePoint / Power BI Specialist to design, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites, develop Power BI dashboards, and manage knowledge content for U.S. Government programs.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in KM/SharePoint/BI, an active DoD Secret clearance, DoD 8140/DCWF Advanced level, and a Bachelor’s in IT or related field; certifications in SharePoint/Power BI are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in KM, SharePoint, BI, or related IT fields.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• DoD 8140/DCWF requirements for Work Role 431 at Advanced proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/Knowledge Management/Data Analytics.
• Certifications related to SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform.
• Experience administering and developing Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
• Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and permissions.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and other collaboration solutions.
• Create SharePoint pages supporting information sharing and KM requirements.
• Manage SharePoint content, organization, permissions, and access controls.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into KM or reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify KM requirements and solutions.
• Develop SOPs, user guides, and training materials for SharePoint, Power BI, and KM.
