Enterprise Knowledge, LLC is hiring a full-time Project Management Analyst to join our Enterprise Delivery team. This role manages business strategy and technical delivery projects for a range of commercial and federal clients, working with senior consultants to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project management or a related role (internships, co-ops, or coursework will be considered).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A passion for learning about knowledge management, taxonomies, semantic technologies, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects related to knowledge management, taxonomy development, and data management.
• Collaborate with senior project managers and consultants to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, reporting on status and any risks or issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Support the development of client presentations and reports.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and knowledge management processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies.
