Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or Masters) with 4+ years of relevant experience, or higher degree with more experience.
• Experience with Knowledge Management processes and methodologies, including evaluation, design, and measurement.
• Experience developing or maintaining knowledge repositories, collaboration platforms, content management systems, or information-sharing solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including procedures, user guides, or operational documentation.
• Strong organizational and process management skills to maintain repositories and content workflows.
• Working knowledge of quality control and testing of web-based features and content.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, team members, and supervisors to identify requirements and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems and repositories (SharePoint, databases, internal sites).
• Advise Government stakeholders on KM tool usage to improve information sharing and collaboration.
• Organize and maintain information including policies, strategies, IT information, and other docs.
• Establish metadata, taxonomies, and workflows for better discoverability and accuracy.
• Create virtual communities of interest to share knowledge and best practices.
• Develop user guides, knowledge articles, SOPs; provide training and support to system users.
• Support integration of information with other databases and enterprise systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation, data visualization, and AI-enabled capabilities.
