Job summary

FEDITC, LLC is hiring a KM - Lead to work at Schriever SFB. The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance.

You will lead KM processes, document access to information content, and implement data organization strategies across the enterprise. Responsibilities include aligning KM with DoD cybersecurity and IT policies, improving collaboration, and increasing information retrieval efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in KM processes and tools for identifying, documenting, and accessing information assets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science with 5 years of relevant experience (ABET/CAE).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee management of KM processes and tools.
• Document and facilitate access to intellectual capital across the enterprise.
• Develop strategies for data organization, knowledge sharing, and content lifecycle management.
• Ensure KM processes align with DoD cybersecurity, IT, and data policies.
• Support collaboration and information retrieval across teams.
• Utilize KM tools and platforms to enhance data accessibility and security.
