Zohorecruit is seeking a remote leader to design and oversee the company's knowledge management and learning systems. You will build scalable onboarding programs, playbooks, SOPs, and pathways, capturing expertise from leaders before it is lost and making knowledge accessible across teams.

You will foster a culture of continuous learning, collaborate with executives to improve learning experiences, and leverage AI tools to accelerate knowledge creation and access.
