Job summary

Inter-American Development Bank is seeking an active graduate student for a 2-month internship in Knowledge Management and Case Analysis for the IDB Grievance Protocol. The role focuses on strengthening the Protocol's knowledge base, standardizing case summaries, and developing reference materials for ESG specialists.

Qualifications

• Active graduate student in a relevant field.
• Enrollment as of internship start date with graduation after internship period.
• Be a national of IDB member country or eligible for internship program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strengthening knowledge management and case analysis for the IDB Grievance Protocol.
• Develop and systematize case summaries and templates for internal learning.
• Create practical tools, guidance materials, and FAQs for ESG specialists.
• Prepare knowledge products for internal dissemination and reporting.
