Zusammenfassung

CivicPlus, LLC seeks a Knowledge Management and Learning Specialist II to craft employee-facing content for the IKB and LMS. You will work with subject matter experts to produce clear articles, guides, and assessments, aligning with governance and accuracy standards across systems.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to maintain content health, support LMS publishing, and drive improvements in content lifecycle, accessibility, and AI-assisted validation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in knowledge management, technical writing, content development, or L&D.
• Experience with knowledge bases or documentation platforms.
• Experience developing content organization, governance, or review workflows.
• Experience interviewing SMEs and developing knowledge resources for employees.
• Experience creating LMS lessons or supporting LMS administration.
• Strong writing, editing and interviewing skills for clear content.
• Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, search optimization, and content lifecycle; basic adult learning principles.
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to interpret usage data and propose improvements, and apply AI tools.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain articles, guides, toolkits, lessons, and assessments across IKB and LMS.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and validate content.
• Manage content requests and projects, prioritizing work with L&D leadership direction.
• Audit resources, revise content, and recommend consolidation or retirement.
• Maintain IKB governance, standards, taxonomy, and publishing practices.
• Use data to recommend content improvements and report on content health.
• Coordinate with LMS publishing, archival actions, and audience assignments.
• Work with Internal Communications and Product Operations on rollout and needs.
• Ensure confidentiality, security, accessibility, and AI-assisted content accuracy.
