Jobtailor in the United States seeks a senior Knowledge & Innovation Attorney to lead the Innovation function for assigned practice groups. You will build relationships with attorneys to understand workflows, deliver knowledge assets, and guide AI tool usage across the matter lifecycle.

The role emphasizes prompt customization, training delivery, and mentoring of junior staff, with a strong track record in leading AI or knowledge-management initiatives.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited university.
• Minimum 6 years of practice or knowledge-management experience.
• Experience aligned with the assigned practice.
• Strong interest in AI platforms (Harvey, Claude, ChatGPT, CoCounsel, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Innovation function within assigned practice groups.
• Build relationships with attorneys to understand workflows and knowledge gaps.
• Deliver substantive legal and AI-tool training to associates.
• Structure and curate precedents, playbooks, and institutional knowledge.
• Mentor Knowledge & Innovation Attorneys or analysts.
