Mercury is seeking a Knowledge & Enablement Lead to own the frameworks and governance for risk-operations documentation, training, and vendor enablement. You will manage a BPO-based content team, set standards, and drive adoption across teams in a scalable system design role.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in knowledge management, enablement/L&D, or related functions.
• Hybrid skill set spanning knowledge management and enablement to design systems and training.
• Experience designing programs for BPO or outsourced teams and making complex info clear.

Responsabilités

• Own the knowledge framework and architecture for risk-operations procedures.
• Set policy, procedure, and documentation standards across risk operations.
• Govern adoption, quality, and audit-readiness of documentation estate.
• Partner with internal and BPO enablement teams to set priorities and standards.
• Define requirements for enablement and documentation across teams without direct reporting lines.
• Architect training and certification systems for vendor delivery with milestone curricula.
• Instrument metrics showing improvement: time-to-productivity, coverage, and compliance.
• Enable cross-skilling across risk programs and staffing flexibility.
