Red Arch Solutions seeks a versatile Knowledge Manager / technical Writer to establish and govern the knowledge management framework for an enterprise metadata modernization program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

This role captures, organizes, and disseminates critical program knowledge, establishes centralized repositories on secure networks, authors technical documentation, and develops comprehensive training for data stewards and technical staff across the agency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical writing and knowledge management in a DoD/IC environment.
Strong documentation governance and training program design experience.
Experience in secure information management and governance in JWICS environments.

Responsibilities

Repository Management: Establish and govern a centralized knowledge repository on the DIA JWICS SharePoint site for project documentation, artifacts, training materials, and logs.
Document Governance: Implement version control, review workflows, access controls, and retention lifecycle management.
Curriculum Development: Design role-based training materials, curricula, decks, guides, and video tutorials.
Technical Authoring: Draft and refine technical documents, white papers, SOPs for the program scope.
Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate communities of practice and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster enterprise-wide collaboration.
