Stonecreek Health and Rehabilitation in Paducah, KY is seeking full-time Kentucky Medication Aides (CMA) for day and night shifts. As part of our small but mighty team, you’ll administer non-injectable meds under RN supervision and support residents in a warm, uplifting environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• High school diploma or GED obtained.
• One year of CMA experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Previous experience working with older adults preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must enjoy working with the senior population.

Responsabilités

• Provide residents with medication administration, treatment assistance, and services according to the healthcare provider's orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following guidelines.
• Report changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
