Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD in Bath is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join an established automotive dealership. You will service, maintain, diagnose and repair a range of vehicles, working with a skilled Workshop team to manufacturer standards.

The role offers a £32,500–£40,000 base salary with £60,000 OTE and opportunities for ongoing training and progression within a franchised dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Use manufacturer and diagnostic equipment when required.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and identify additional work.
• Follow manufacturer procedures and health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate job cards and workshop records.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Aftersales team.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized and professional.

We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join an established automotive dealership in Bath.

THE ROLE

You'll be carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics across a range of vehicles, working as part of an experienced Workshop team.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Using manufacturer and diagnostic equipment where required.
• Completing work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying additional work.
• Following manufacturer procedures and health and safety standards.
• Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop records.
• Working closely with Service Advisors and the wider Aftersales team.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and professional.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a solid foundation of automotive technical experience.

You’ll Need

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.

• Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Franchised dealership experience would be advantageous, but we're happy to consider strong Technicians from other automotive backgrounds.
