Job summary

SteelGate LLC seeks an experienced Knowledge Management (KM), SharePoint, and Power BI Specialist to provide KM, SharePoint administration and development, and data visualization support for U.S. Government projects.

You will design, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites, develop Power BI dashboards, and manage content and access controls across multiple locations including Hawaii. You will also develop SOPs, training materials, and governance documentation, while coordinating with

Qualifications

5–8+ years of knowledge management, SharePoint, BI, or related IT experience.
Active DoD Secret security clearance.
DoD 8140/DCWF requirements for Work Role 431 at Advanced proficiency.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Knowledge Management, BI, Data Analytics, or related field.
Certifications applicable to SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform.
Experience administering and developing SharePoint solutions.
Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, pages, lists, permissions, navigation, and content.
Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Experience gathering business requirements for KM or reporting solutions.
Strong communication, documentation, and training material development skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and other collaboration solutions.
Create and maintain SharePoint pages supporting information sharing and KM requirements.
Manage SharePoint content, site organization, navigation, permissions, and access controls.
Design user-friendly SharePoint interfaces and web content.
Maintain accuracy and accessibility of information published through SharePoint.
Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for operations, technical, and management reporting.
Gather and translate reporting requirements into effective dashboards and information products.
Integrate data from approved sources for Power BI reports and dashboards.
Support KM policy development, SOPs, templates, and governance documentation.
Provide KM training, demonstrations, and user assistance; coordinate with stakeholders.
