Job summary

Cornbread Hemp is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to own the execution and optimization of the email program across the customer lifecycle, from welcome to renewal. You will collaborate with the CMO, Creative, Ecommerce, and Growth teams to drive revenue, engagement, and lifetime value.

We value strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a detail‑oriented, collaborative approach. This remote role offers exposure to a fast‑growing national brand with Kentucky roots.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of email, lifecycle, retention, or ecommerce marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Klaviyo and Shopify required.
• Experience building and optimizing automated email flows.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and email deliverability.
• Experience with subscription-based ecommerce businesses strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day email marketing calendar and execution of campaigns.
• Develop briefs, partner with Creative on messaging and design, and manage segmentation.
• Own, build, and optimize all automated email flows in Klaviyo across journeys.
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and translate insights into improvements.
