Job summary

ISC - Interconnect Solutions Company is seeking a Kitting Supervisor to lead daily kitting operations, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate with Production Planning and Engineering. The role requires hands-on supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing wire harnesses and cable assemblies.

You will drive standard processes, barcode traceability, and ERP/MRP system usage while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time kit delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, materials management, kitting, manufacturing support, or supply chain operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with coaching and developing employees.
• Hands-on with ERP, MRP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory management, material control, cycle counting, and lot traceability.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read BOMs, work orders, drawings, wire lists, and docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily kitting operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Prioritize activities based on production schedules and customer requirements.
• Develop and optimize standard operating procedures.
• Create processes to automate warehouse stocking, kitting, and inventory management.
• Oversee accurate picking, verification, assembly, and staging of kits.
• Ensure correct materials, quantities, revisions, and documentation arrive on time.
