Mittera is seeking a Kitting Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our kitting department in Illinois. You will direct people, schedules, materials, and workflow to assemble kits safely, accurately, and on time, while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

You will build a cross-trained team, monitor performance, coach staff, and coordinate with other production functions to maintain workflow and on-time delivery. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with kitting, assembly, finishing, fulfillment, or similar processes.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, and communication skills in a manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day kitting operations across scheduled shifts, including kit assembly and labeling.
• Prioritize, schedule, and assign work to meet customer specs and due dates.
• Review job tickets, BOMs, and packing instructions before production begins.
• Maximize labor and floor space utilization by balancing workloads and sequencing jobs.
• Coordinate with Scheduling and other teams to maintain workflow and resolve constraints.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized department; enforce safety rules.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, throughput, and cost performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
