Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking an Assembler II - Kitting for the 2nd shift in our Iowa operations. You will read job orders and BOMs, arrange delivery and assembly of supplies, and move parts through production to support schedules, while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You will work across multiple stations and use handheld tools and measuring devices with attention to quality and safety. The role requires teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to quickly learn business processes.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend a job order and bill of materials.
• Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies to meet production schedules.
• Move totes to tables, verify parts, and file paperwork.
• Confer with department supervisors to assess progress and discuss changes.
• Identify maintenance needs on equipment and tooling.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area; follow safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
