Dover Food Retail, a part of the Dover Corporation, seeks an Assembler II - Kitting at our Keosauqua, IA site. You will read job orders and BOMs, coordinate delivery and assembly of parts, and support production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role involves moving totes, checking parts, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. You will work at multiple stations, use safety gear, and collaborate with supervisors to adapt to production needs.

Qualifications

• Team oriented, collaborative and able to work with others.
• Fast learner capable of quickly picking up processes.
• Passion for accuracy and quality.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with handheld tools and measuring devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Read and comprehend a job order and bill of materials.
• Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials to meet production schedules.
• Move totes to tables, check parts, move parts to shelves, and copy paperwork.
• Confers with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss changes.
• Identify maintenance needed on equipment and tooling.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Maintain the work area in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
• Use proper safety equipment and apparel required for each operation on individual’s product line or work cell.
• Perform other duties as assigned
