Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. is hiring a Kitting Associate at our Sparrows Point, MD facility. The role focuses on assembling and verifying production kits, labeling, and ERP data entry while operating material handling equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 1+ year in kitting or related fields, forklift experience, and basic Excel skills. Cross-training across centers is encouraged to support operational needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in kitting, inventory, materials handling, or manufacturing.
• 1+ year of forklift or lift-equipment operation.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work extended shifts/overtime as required.
• Stable and reliable work history.
• Willingness to cross-train in other work centers.

Responsibilities

• Kitting Operations — Assemble and palletize kits according to work orders and documented procedures.
• Material Verification — Audit parts and materials for accuracy, completeness, and correct revision levels.
• Documentation & Labeling — Complete packing lists; apply labels; generate pallet tags and DPP labels.
• ERP & Data Entry — Scan jobs, update Oracle/SAP transactions, and maintain digital records.
• Equipment Operation — Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrappers, and other material-handling equipment.
• Pallet Preparation — Band or stretch-wrap pallets with correct color coding; photograph pallet layers for traceability.
• Material Transport — Move completed pallets to designated shipping areas.
• Workplace Organization — Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
• Teamwork & Reliability — Demonstrate consistent attendance, communication, and self-management.
