Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and lead a team in a union environment, including scheduling and performance management.
• Navigate and comply with Union agreements while addressing concerns.
• Act as a liaison between production teams and warehouse staff.
• Generate and analyze performance reports, monitoring attendance and coverage.
• Coordinate daily operations of Kitting, ensuring production lines are supplied.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and manage stock replenishment.
• Oversee safe handling of materials and resolve supply chain issues.
• Continuously evaluate and improve Kitting processes.
• Approve Union team members' times and training requests.
