Job summary

Bel Fuse Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Material Handler to kit, pick, pack and ship materials while maintaining inventory accuracy aligned with production, quality and safety standards. You will operate material handling equipment and support inventory controls in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires attention to safety, ability to communicate across teams, and adherence to DOT training when handling hazardous shipments. This is a full-time on-site position in Waseca, MN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Kitting, picking, packing and shipping materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory consistent with production, quality and safety.
• Conduct cycle counts and verify inventory levels.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Follow Department of Transportation Shippers Training if shipping hazardous materials.
