Trane Technologies - Thermo King in Bloomington, MN is seeking a dependable full-time Kitting Packager on our 1st shift to assemble kits with correct components. You’ll work on-site, follow safety rules, and meet daily packing targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, being 18+, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Prior distribution/warehouse experience is a plus. Overtime and Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits by locating, processing, and packing parts.
• Operate shrink, foam and bag machines and related equipment.
• Process job travelers and tickets and manage storage location moves.
• Ensure accuracy and maintain safety and quality standards.
