Vomela Company in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Kitting Lead to oversee the complete kitting process, ensuring materials are accurately prepared and delivered to production on time. This onsite role supports multiple production areas and requires a hands-on, methodical approach.

You will work with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and mentor junior teammates. The position offers the 2nd shift, a competitive hourly rate, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the kitting process from start to finish, planning, material allocation, and delivery to production lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely kitting.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes to optimize efficiency.
• Develop and maintain accurate kitting documentation.
• Train and support junior team members to ensure high performance.
• Analyze data to track kitting performance and provide insights for strategic planning.
• Production employees may work across multiple areas of the operation, including machine operation, material preparation, finishing, packaging, quality inspection, and general production support.

Location: Onsite in St. Paul, MN

Shift Schedule: 2nd Shift (8 hours)

Rate of Pay: $22.75 - $25.00 USD/hour
