Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Kitting Associate to assemble and prepare kits of materials for custom customer orders. You will follow precise work instructions, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure kits are complete and ready for use in a medical device environment.

You'll verify components against BOM, label according to SOPs, and monitor stock levels to meet production demands. The role emphasizes quality control, collaboration with manufacturing and logistics, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits according to work instructions and ensure all components are correctly packaged.
• Assemble LED lights for use in medical devices.
• Verify kit accuracy against BOM or documentation.
• Pack and label kits per SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate with procurement or warehouse teams.
• Document quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Generate reports on kit assembly performance (accuracy, efficiency, compliance).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
