Job summary

American Rheinmetall is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Technician to perform regular cycle counts and maintain data integrity across manufacturing operations. You will apply analytical, engineering, and costing principles to support continuous accuracy of inventory records.

Responsibilities include conducting physical counts, reducing valuation fluctuations, and identifying root causes of discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; further education is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in heavy military assembly or vehicle assembly.
• Experience with assembly on Commercial Vehicle platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory data accuracy and reduce valuation fluctuations.
• Implement physical inventory cycle counts, both small and large scale.
• Follow up on cycle counts and report root cause discrepancies.
• Utilize ERP systems (Plex preferred) and Excel for reporting.
• Assist in parts kit building to support daily operations.
