Job summary

Hayden Industrial in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to prepare and assemble kits for the assembly line. You will pick parts, verify accuracy, and maintain inventory in Glovia while ensuring safety and efficiency in a non-temperature controlled shop environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, reading work orders, and staying organized to support production schedules. Full-time hours are Monday–Thursday, with potential overtime as needed and a strong benefits package

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous Warehouse or material handling experience.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and BOMs.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended amounts of time.

Responsibilities

Pick and organize parts according to work orders and BOM.
Assemble kits accurately and label them for identification.
Verify quantities and quality of components before kitting.
Maintain inventory accuracy by recording transactions in Glovia.
Communicate with production and purchasing teams to resolve shortages or discrepancies.
Follow safety guidelines and keep a clean, organized work area.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
Other duties as assigned
