Job summary

Hayden Industrial in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Warehouse Associate to prepare and organize parts into kits for the assembly line. You will ensure accurate, timely kits to support production schedules, while following safety guidelines in a non-temperature controlled shop environment.

The role requires reading work orders and BOMs, basic computer use for inventory tracking, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and BOMs.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Pick and organize parts according to work orders and BOM.
Assemble kits accurately and label them for identification.
Verify quantities and quality of components before kitting.
Maintain inventory accuracy by recording transactions in the WMS (Glovia).
Communicate with production and purchasing teams to resolve shortages or discrepancies.
Follow safety guidelines and keep a clean, organized work area.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
