Hayden Industrial in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Warehouse Associate to prepare and organize parts, components, and materials into kits for the assembly line. You will ensure accurate and timely kits to keep production on schedule.

This full-time position requires reading work orders and BOMs, basic inventory tracking, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety guidelines in a noisy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Warehouse or material handling experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and BOMs.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended amounts of time

Responsibilities

• Pick and organize parts according to work orders and BOM.
• Assemble kits accurately and label them for identification.
• Verify quantities and quality of components before kitting.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by recording transactions in the warehouse management system in Glovia.
• Communicate with production and purchasing teams to resolve shortages or discrepancies.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
