Job summary

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, seeks a Material Handler to join our Tulsa, Oklahoma team. You will manage warehouse materials and inventory to ensure a stable supply flow for the production line, working in a non-temperature-controlled environment with typical fabrication shop conditions.

The role requires a high school diploma, forklift certification, familiarity with Glovia, and strong safety and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior material handling experience desired.
• Forklift Operator Certificate required.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (Glovia) preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety practices in warehouse.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Move all received material to designated kit or warehouse locations—physically and via system entry (Glovia).
• Complete kits by pulling items listed on pick lists or BOMs; assign kit bay locations for storage.
• Provide kits, raw, and consumable materials to production to support manufacturing.
• Perform all necessary Glovia transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Communicate any inventory or material issues to the Warehouse Manager.
