Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm (Must have the ability to work overtime hours.)

Your Role in Our Mission
TheKitting Technician is responsible for accurately picking, assembling, andpreparing kits of parts and materials required for production. This positionrequires attention to detail, the ability to use hand and power tools, and safeoperation of warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers. The ideal candidatewill contribute to efficient operations by ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-timedelivery of kits.
- Pick parts andmaterials from inventory using work orders, pick lists, or bills ofmaterials (BOMs).
- Assemble kitswith the correct parts and quantities according to specifications.
- Verify partnumbers, quantities, and quality before completing kits.
- Operate materialhandling equipment, including cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks,and carts.
- Safely use handtools and power tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers) as needed.
- Label, package,and stage completed kits for production or shipment.
- Maintainaccurate inventory and report shortages, damaged materials, ordiscrepancies.
- Follow allsafety procedures, including proper use of PPE and OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain aclean, organized workspace (5S standards).
- Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
- Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- Education & Experience: High schooldiploma or GED required
- Previouswarehouse, kitting, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability tosafely use hand tools and power tools
- Experienceoperating or willingness to learn cherry pickers and other warehouseequipment
- Basicfamiliarity with inventory systems, scanners, or warehouse software(preferred)
- Ability to readand interpret work orders, pick lists, and BOMs
- Strongattention to detail and accuracy
- Basic mathskills (counting and verifying quantities)
- Understandingof workplace safety standards
- Forklift/cherrypicker certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Reliable anddependable with strong work ethic
- Ability to workindependently and within a team
- Ability to meetdeadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to liftup to 50 lbs
- Ability tostand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Comfortableworking at heights when operating cherry picker equipment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset

Pay Transparency
The expected pay range for this role is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour . Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
