Job summary

Randstad USA in East Setauket, NY seeks a dependable Kitter to join our team. The role involves preparing, organizing, and assembling materials per production requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and availability.

Working Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm, pay $22.00-$25.00 per hour, full-time hours. Salary ranges between $45,000 and $50,000 per year, with a first shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM) commonly referenced and a high school education typically required.

Qualifications

Clean and organized warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to count, verify, and stage materials accurately.
Proficiency with Excel or basic data entry for inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

Pull, count, organize, and stage materials and components for production.
Assemble kits according to work orders, bills of materials, drawings, or procedures.
Verify part numbers, quantities, and materials for accuracy.
Label and package components appropriately.
Maintain inventory and report discrepancies or shortages.
Ensure kits are complete and ready for production on time.
Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
Communicate shortages or issues to the team.
Assist with other warehouse and production duties as needed.
