• Own the entire work order process for kit assembly.
• Delegate work orders to the kit team to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with Leads to ensure proper parts for production of kits.
• Act as quality control, guiding and training employees and adhering to policy.
• Maintain orderly work stations and store tools, parts, and documentation.
• Lead with positivity and VE values to build teamwork.
• Assist with kit assembly.
• Other duties as assigned.
