Responsibilities

• Break down, load, unload, and sort dishes, glassware, and flatware in the dish area.

• Inspect and stack clean dishes in carts and shelves.
• Polish silver, copper, and brass as needed.
• Transport equipment to outlets as required.
• Sweep, mop floors and clean sinks, drains, and boards.
• Remove trash and steam-clean garbage cans.
