Job summary

Taher, Inc. seeks a dependable Utility Worker for a 10am–6pm shift in Libertyville, IL. You will support daily kitchen operations including dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation, while helping team members and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Able to follow oral and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Sweep and mop floors and wash tables and surfaces.
• Store and dispose of trash per procedures and maintain safety.
• Assist team members and maintain assigned workstation.

Utility worker 10am - 6pm

Essential Functions:

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as required either by hand or with dish machine
• Sweep and mop floors
• Wash tables walls, coolers, trash receptacles, etc., as required
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas Maintain clean work environment
• Assists other team members as needed
• Be on time
• Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition
• Maitain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code
• Other tasks as assigned by the leadership team
