Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Utility worker for day hours only. The role involves dishwashing, cleaning duties, and basic kitchen support in a fast-paced environment. You will follow safety protocols and assist teammates to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Candidates should be punctual, dependable, and able to lift up to 50 pounds, with a focus on food safety and personal hygiene. Background checks are required; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Able to follow oral and written directions
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work in standing position for long periods of time
• Punctual and dependable
• Follows food safety requirements and guidelines
• Self-starter that can work independently
• Must pass criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or with a dish machine
• Sweep and mop floors
• Wash tables, walls, coolers, trash receptacles
• Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; maintain a clean environment
• Assist other team members as needed
• Be punctual
• Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition
• Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and comply with dress code
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership

• Sweep and mop floors
• Wash tables walls, coolers, trash receptacles, etc., as required
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas Maintain clean work environment
• Assists other team members as needed
• Be on time
• Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition
• Maitain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code
• Other tasks as assigned by the leadership team
