Job summary

del Lago Resort & Casino in the Finger Lakes region is seeking a Kitchen Utility team member to maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, china, silver, glassware, pots and pans, and to replenish supplies with clean ware on their assigned shift.

You will direct, train and support Kitchen Utility staff, ensure proper handling and training on chemicals, assist with banquet setup and breakdown, and carry out duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach for long shifts.
• Must lift at least 75 lbs.
• Clear English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop Kitchen Utility staff and distribute workload to maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, china, silver, glassware, pots and pans.
• Ensure proper training of Kitchen Utility staff on chemicals and sanitary handling of equipment and utensils.
