Job summary

Reports to the Sous Chef / Restaurant Manager and collaborates with teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. This role is critical to maintaining hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Keeps work area and equipment organized and sanitary.
• Assists with stocking and rotating supplies as needed.
