Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking supplies using proper sanitation procedures.
• Pull trash from trash receptacles.
• Replace trash bags as needed.
• Clear trash from tables and floors/grounds.
• Clean floor area of spills according to safety guidelines.
• Fill condiments, utensils, and supplies with stock as needed.
• Load and unload inventory from trucks.
• Stock storeroom.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, serving and dining areas at all times.
• Report safety issues to the manager.
