Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Kitchen Utility Worker to maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining environment. You will support kitchen and dining operations by ensuring sanitation, equipment care, and proper food storage standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities include operating dish machines, maintaining logs for temperature and sanitation, assisting with food prep, and helping with dining room cleaning and light service as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing areas
• Operate dish machines and ensure proper sanitation procedures
• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils and glassware
• Complete and maintain temperature, sanitation and equipment logs
• Clean kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, mixers and refrigerators
• Perform janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal and sanitizing surfaces
• Assist with food prep and plating as needed
• Support proper storage, labeling and rotation of food and supplies (FIFO)
• Maintain safe storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Assist in dining room cleaning, table resetting and light meal service when assigned
• Follow all OSHA, food safety and Sunrise safety standards
