Responsibilities

• General kitchen, back of house cleanliness, removes garbage and boxes.
• Pot washing and dishwashing.
• Floor sanitation.
• Cleaning maintenance on kitchen equipment and returns to proper place.
• Transports food from kitchen to buffet.
• Assists buffet attendants and servers in replenishing clean dishes and silverware.
• Follow lead steward directions at all times.
• Chemical handling per MSDS; communicate effectively with others; comply with rules.
